The Thread, Union City’s foremost luxury high-rise, is committed to keeping residential real estate buyers in the know. • Jennifer Curty – a Circle of Excellence award winning home mortgage consultant for Wells Fargo Home Loans, the nation’s leading lender. Throughout her career as a mortgage expert, she has turned home renters into proud homebuyers, by helping them realize their responsible borrowing potential.

• Paul Foreman, Esq. – representing the film Pompelio, Foreman and Gray – a unique and specialized law firm with over 50 years of real estate experience – he will be on hand to explain how the legal portion of a real estate transaction functions. Having represented hundreds of first time buyers, his firm is committed to keeping its clients informed during every step of the process, and to facilitating smooth, efficient closings.

• Sergio Angione – a N.J. licensed home inspector since 1998 with a thorough understanding of building systems and home appliances. He is currently the vice president of the Garden State chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and offers affordable, reliable, and immediate electronic inspection reports to homebuyers.

• Elizabeth Vaca-Ranieri – the owner of Personal Space, the area’s leading interior design and home staging company. She has been helping homeowners with space planning, furniture selection, color scheming and de-cluttering since 2005, saving them time and money along the way.
